The Annual General Meeting of Delia Memorial School (Hip Wo No.2 College) Alumni Association this year will be held on 10th December 2021 at the School Hall. Due to COVID-19, both face-to-face meeting and online Zoom meeting will be conducted at the same time. The registration form will be opened from today. If you would like to attend the meeting, please register through the link below.
The deadline of registration is 12:00 n.n. on 8th December. The link of the Zoom meeting will be sent to successfully enrolled alumni through email or WhatsApp on 9th December. Successfully enrolled alumni can also attend the face-to-face meeting on that day.
The agenda of the annual general meeting is as follows:
1. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2020-2021
2. The Annual Report (2020-2021)
3. The Treasurer’s Report (2020-2021)
4. Election of the executive committee (2021-2023)
